Strut configurations use inverted layout dampers and camber adjustable upper mounts for optimum rigidity and alignment precision at front. Rubber mounts for the rear to enhance compliance and allows use in wider range of surfaces. For avid and seasoned drivers who prefer professional level customization and familiar with specific adjustment techniques even on road cars.

Adoption of a large-capacity "single-tube shock". A full-fledged specification that satisfies everything from city riding to circuit driving. A newly developed twin-needle system allows for a wide range of settings with independent 2-way adjustment of damping force in 24 stages of expansion and compression.

CUSCO SPORT TN_S development concept
- While maintaining the design concept and specifications of the CUSCO SPORT R, the damping force, spring rate, and stroke are set for the street targeting a wider range of users.
- A setup targeting sports driving with sports radial tires.
In addition, 24 stages of rebound and 24 stages of compression damping force are completely independently controlled, making it possible to correct understeer and oversteer when entering corners, turning, and rising, as well as detailed setup when changing spring rates. - Considering street use (noise, ride comfort, etc.), a reinforced rubber upper mount is adopted for the rear upper mount. (Wishbone vehicles adopt both front and rear)

2-way adjustable damping force 24 steps on the rebound side, 24 steps on the compression side, independent adjustment
Newly developed "TNS (Twin Needle System)" completely independently controls the damping force on the extension side and compression side. 24 steps on the rebound side x 24 steps on the compression side, 576 ways of damping force adjustment without a sub-tank. Delicate setting corresponding to all road surface conditions and tire conditions (heat generation, wear, etc.) is possible. Equipped with a damping adjustment dial on the shock top (upper for upright type, lower for inverted type) (extension side: blue dial, compression side: red dial), no tools required for damping force adjustment. A sub-valve that controls the damping force on the low-speed side of both extension and compression suppresses the decrease in damping force in the very low-speed range, realizing linear handling in the entire speed range and improving traction performance.
Monotube shock absorber
A structure in which the shock absorber body is a single cylinder. By increasing the diameter of the piston and improving the valve, etc., it generates a delicate damping force from minute inputs from the road surface, and follows even faster piston speeds. In addition, since the cylinder (tube) is in direct contact with the outside air, it has excellent heat dissipation and exhibits stable damping force characteristics. The shock oil uses a high-performance low-friction oil that ensures viscosity stability at high temperatures, improves the sealing performance of the free piston and oil seal, and reduces friction.
Full length adjustable vehicle height adjustment
"Overall length adjustment type" that does not change the suspension stroke even if the vehicle height is lowered. Both fine vehicle height adjustment and high ride comfort are achieved.
Newly developed CUSCO SPORT "Blue spring" adopted
The double shot peening process has increased the strength and greatly improved the resistance to settling, and by making the tolerance extremely small, we have made it possible to set more precisely than ever before.
Upper mount
Only the strut type uses a ram type shock absorber in which the piston rod extends downward from the main body. It is effective in reducing unsprung weight, is strong against lateral G, and has excellent heat dissipation.
